APT Equity Scholars program
The Association for Preservation Technology International (APT) and its Inclusion Advocacy Committee are dedicated to fostering equity and cultural diversity within the historic preservation field.
Launched in 2022 with support from the Getty Foundation, the APT Equity Scholars Program provides funding for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) students and professionals to attend APT’s annual conference.
Selected scholars will receive conference registration, a travel stipend, meal allowance, shared hotel accommodations for four nights, and more.

Patti’s mission is to fund more equity scholarships for future generations.
All profits from Patti the Preservationist merchandise will go directly to the Equity scholarship fund. This fund has been used to provide our interns with the opportunity to experience the APTi conference, and we are excited to be able to help provide that important opportunity for others!
